Pressure Kleen Co. completed a cleaning and deck-painting project covering more than 600,000 square feet at Florida International University’s football stadium in Miami in one week. The scope extended from stadium seating and VIP suites to walkways, exterior surfaces and perimeter sidewalks.

The assignment
A working stadium is a landscape of surfaces, transitions and access routes. This project brought them into one coordinated scope.
Seating care, across the stadium.
The project included power washing, soft washing and disinfecting all stadium seating, together with mold and rust removal. The field photographs and seating-wash video show the crew working among the bleachers with cleaning equipment.
