The contract brings recurring exterior maintenance to Office Depot and its shopping center. Power washing and gum removal form part of the quarterly scope, rather than a one-time cleaning visit.
Working around a busy retail property
The team worked around high foot traffic using cones and caution tape to define the work area. The photographs show storefront washing and the surrounding exterior surfaces.
