At Parisian Village, a 13-unit townhome community, Pressure Kleen Co. cleaned aged Chicago-brick streets and back patios along with selected front facades.

The assignment
Parisian Village. Chicago-brick and facade cleaning.
Care for aged Chicago brick
The streets and back patios are paved with Chicago brick, whose weathered character is part of the property’s appearance. For this assignment, treatment-based cleaning brought back the brick’s color while retaining some of its existing patina, without a mechanical surface-cleaner pass on the pavers.
A community-wide exterior scope
The project also included cleaning some of the front facades. This combined attention to the paving and building exteriors within the 13-unit community.
